Desired Candidate’s Profile:

Qualification:
Bachelor’s university degree or higher in Business Administration or Social Sciences.

Experience:
3 years of related experience in Compliance Management.

Others:

  • Open and communicative personality
  • Very good English skills
  • Able to travel to other GCC countries
  • Analytical skills
  • Confidential handling of sensitive information
  • Touchpoints with ERP systems
  • Compliance certificate from a recognized training provider will be an added advantage
  • Independent and hands-on working style
  • Commitment & team spirit
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Knowledge of Arabic desirable

Brief Key Responsibilities:

  • Regular Compliance Controls
  • Review of Control matrix for effectiveness
  • Conducting Compliance Training regarding Whistleblowing, Anti-Corruption, Antitrust, Conflicts of Interest, Fraud Prevention & Detection, and others
  • Coordinating and following up on Compliance Meetings
  • Development and update of Local Compliance Policies
  • Development of risk-oriented local training material
  • Preparing Communication Campaigns (Newsletters, Townhall meetings, Site visits)
  • Compliance Reporting to KAEFER HQ
  • Follow-up on online training statistics
  • Follow-up on Sanctions Screenings
  • Supporting internal audits
  • Supporting compliance investigations
