HSE Lead (LOCAL NATIONAL)

Desired Candidate’s Profile:

• Responsible for managing an HSSE aspect or area to ensure client HSSE vision is achieved within the company area of responsibility.
• Must have more than 10 years of experience in the Petrochemical, Petroleum Refining or Power generation industry, of which a minimum of 5 years in a maintenance position.
• Minimum 2 years in HSSE lead position.
• Must hold a NEBOSCH Diploma or an IOSH Graduate certificate or an essentially equivalent NVQ level 5 degree in HSSE, preferably with a technical qualification at NVQ level 3.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English (IELT 5.5 or higher) and should be able to communicate with the majority manpower in their language.
• Must be able to be supervising up to 7 HSSE Field Inspectors.
