OFFICER – HSE

Desired Candidate’s Profile

Qualification:
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Civil/Structural or equivalent.

Experience:
Minimum 5 years of Project HSE (Not Civil HSE) in any Oil & Gas/Refinery/Petroleum industries.

Others:
Should possess valid NEBOSH IGC Certificate.
Gulf Experience is mandatory.

Brief Key Responsibilities

• Inspecting the assign job area and identify the hazards related to person, environment and equipment.
• Identify the unsafe act/condition in job area which can lead to accident/incident/near miss.
• Make sure that every person got induction of site before commence to work & special trainings like work at height, confined space, Defensive driving, PPE by checking his Training passport.
• Follow the Project HSE Procedure in regards to Permit system, Monthly Color coding system, Daily/weekly checklist of Heavy Equipment, Emergency Response and etc.
• Attend client meeting and walkthrough weekly
• Check the permit daily basis with all the required documents like (JSA, Risk Assessment and Night work plan).
• Near Miss Reporting
• Investigation of accident / incident reporting
• Submit daily observation to the Client
• Inspection of fire extinguisher
• Follow emergency response procedure
• Thorough adherence to KAEFER Policies, guidelines and KAEFER Compliance
