HSE Advisor (Local National)

Desired Candidate’s Profile:

• Responsible for inspecting and coaching staff on an HSSE aspect or area to ensure ‘Goal Zero’ is achieved within the company area of responsibility.
• Must have more than 5 years of experience in maintenance work in the Petrochemical, Petroleum Refining or Power generation industry.
• Minimum 2 years in HSSE inspector position.
• Must hold a relevant technical qualification at NVQ level 3 supplemented with certificates for a NEBOSCH General Certificate.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English (IELT 4.5 or higher) and should be able to communicate with the majority manpower in their language.
• Must have the ability to inspect the company’s HSSE capability indicator, expressed as a numeric value, for the purpose of calculating the company HSSE performance.
