Desired Candidate’s Profile:

We are hiring a Project Manager with experience in insulation, scaffolding, painting, fireproofing, and 5 to 7 years of experience in the GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) region.

Brief Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Coordination:
    Develop comprehensive project plans, considering timelines, resources, and budget constraints.
    Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Insulation, Scaffolding, Painting, and Fireproofing Expertise:
    Utilize in-depth knowledge of insulation, scaffolding, painting, and fireproofing techniques to ensure high-quality project execution.
    Oversee the selection and application of appropriate materials and methods.
  • Budget Management:
    Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial constraints.
    Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
  • Risk Management:
    Identify potential risks associated with the project and implement strategies to mitigate them.
    Develop contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges.
  • Quality Assurance:
    Establish and enforce quality control measures to ensure all work meets industry standards and client specifications.
    Conduct regular inspections and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Team Leadership:
    Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary project team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
    Allocate tasks, set goals, and provide guidance to team members.
  • Client Communication:
    Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
    Manage client expectations and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Regulatory Compliance:
    Ensure that all project activities comply with local regulations and industry standards in the GCC region.
    Obtain necessary permits and approvals as required.
  • Timeline Management:
    Monitor project timelines and milestones, adjusting schedules as necessary to meet deadlines.
    Anticipate and address potential delays proactively.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
    Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, schedules, and correspondence.
    Prepare and present regular progress reports to internal and external stakeholders.
